I had a wonderful stay, as the location is fantastic, very close to shops and eateries. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially during breakfast, where they were attentive to dietary needs. My only issue was with the shower pressure, which could have been better. a highly recommended place for an enjoyable stay!

the staff were super helpful and friendly, made check-in n out really easy. the location is perfect, right where we needed to be. breakfast was amazin with proper bacon, totally yum! also nice that they validated our parking ticket so we didn't have to use the machine.

The room was a good size and pretty clean, which is always a win. The decor felt modern and fresh. Air conditioning was a nice touch, especially with it being a warm night. Really spacious bathroom, too, which is a plus. Only downside was the noise from outside. it could be heard even with the windows closed, which wasn't ideal for getting a good night's sleep.

i had a wonderful stay at the ramada. the staff were incredibly welcoming, especially during breakfast. they were super accommodating when i mentioned being vegetarian. the location is excellent, just a stone's throw from a multi-storey car park!

Had a blast with friends! We explored Belvoir and Ashby de la Zouch Castles, which were great day trips. The location is central for dining, shopping, nightlife, and museums, making it a perfect base for exploring. Overall a fun experience with everything just steps away from the front door.

The only downside was the check-in process, which took longer than expected. There was only one staff member at the desk during a busy time, causing a bit of a wait.

Just spent 4 nights here. The room was super clean, lots of space for the price. Staff were really friendly, too! The bar area was nice for a drink, but the outdoor seating was a bit messy, which kind of sucked. parking isn't free even with a discount. not bad.

The breakfast offered was excellent, with friendly staff accommodating food intolerances well. the room was quite disappointing. it had a persistent sewer smell, bathroom tiles coming loose, and the shower drainage was poor. parking was inconvenient and expensive, with limited access to the foyer. serious improvements are needed.
