Beautiful hotel in a nice area near to the communal areas, the train station and the city center near shops and pubs. Welcoming, pleasant people working here. Family room with bedroom and a creaking chair, for example. Warm options at breakfast.

Tea-making facilities and an iron in the room, particularly good location. Clean bathroom with a bathtub; top-class and very attentive staff...

The situation is very good. Short ways to the High Street and Cathedral.
The extra bed was designed for a maximum of 25kg. A thin mattress on an aluminium frame. The normal double bed was only 140cm wide. The equipment is only suitable for couples without a child. Even on the fifth floor there is still very loud traffic.

The spacious room offered a comfortable bed and a user-friendly wet room. The breakfast included a variety of choices with fresh, hot food regularly replenished, particularly the delicious half-mushrooms. Check-in was efficient, and the location provided easy access to city centre shops and the rail station.

We had a very nice, spacious and very clean room on the top floor. From there you have a nice view over the city centre of Leicester. We liked the breakfast very much, as we put a lot of effort into catering to "continental" needs.
We make bread and rolls better in Germany! The hotel does not have its own parking spaces, but there is a parking garage in the immediate vicinity.

contemporary comfort with a few hiccups
The room featured a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night. The views from the top floor were splendid.
The shower had some flooding issues, which interrupted an otherwise perfect experience.

The location was excellent close to the train station and shops but off the main street so noise from late night hussle and bussle was not a problem. Staff extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was second to none with such a wide range of choice. Room was clean and comfy and very spacious.
Could not fault anything.

Great location and accommodating staff
The staff were cute, especially during breakfast, where they were attentive to dietary needs. My only issue was with the shower pressure, which could have been better. A highly recommended place for an enjoyable stay!

The hotel room is spacious and modern furnished. The bathroom is a real eye-catcher and the air conditioning installed in the room is a big plus. All in all, the hotel has a very good price-performance ratio!
Unfortunately, contrary to what is stated, there is no hotel parking place, one can park one's car in the parking garage opposite for 11 pounds per day. In addition, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

The super nice team and friendly, made check-in n out really easy. The location is perfect, right where we needed to be. Breakfast was amazin with proper bacon, totally yum! Also nice that they validated our parking ticket so we didn't have to use the machine.
The bar staff were really slow, like they forgot our drinks. There were no usb ports in the room, basic these days.

The room was cold as it was on a previous stay. This time it was very cold for an extended period and I now have a severe cold. I did contact Reception twice about this matter.
